Careers information can be found in various resources in school and at home. You may have used careers websites (i-could, National Careers Service, Prospects) visited careers libraries in and out of school (ask you librarian in school to see the careers area) and careers software (KUDOS, UNIFrog, Fast Tomato) to help you find out about jobs, skills you are matched too and what qualifications you’ll need etc. Reading through mountains of information can become tiresome when you are looking for the key facts and quick reference links.
We want you to see what your friends and peers have progressed onto, where are they now? What did they choose to do after Y11 or Y13?. We want you to see where the jobs are locally and nationally, who are the next big employers?, what industries will be expanding? Where are the jobs of the future?
Our advisers work hard to maintain their knowledge and get the most up to date information out to your eyes. In some of our schools we have created visual infographic displays that gets some of the key facts to you.
Keep your eyes peeled for displays popping up in your school.
Teachers – If you are looking at displays speak with your CareersInc adviser to discuss how this can be achieved.
